Planning & booking
From your first enquiry to a confirmed production date.
What services does Will Dylan offer in Singapore?
We produce corporate videos, live streams, hybrid events, webinars, podcasts and AGM or EGM broadcasts. Our green screen studio supports virtual production, and we also offer AI media production. Explore our production services to find the right starting point.
What should I include when requesting a quotation?
Tell us your project objective, preferred date, venue or studio requirement, audience and budget range. For filming, include the number of speakers, locations and final videos. For a live event, include the agenda, expected attendance, streaming destination and remote presenters. Share any examples and delivery deadlines so we can scope the work accurately.
How much does video production or live streaming cost?
Pricing depends on preparation, crew, cameras, sound, lighting, venue requirements, production duration and deliverables. Editing, graphics, remote contributors and platform requirements can also affect the scope. Request a quotation with your brief so we can recommend an appropriate setup.
How soon should we reserve our production date?
Contact us as soon as you have a proposed date, especially when venue access, crew or rehearsals must be coordinated. Availability is confirmed when you enquire. A date is not held without a signed contract and deposit; your quotation sets out the booking and payment requirements.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by bank transfer (TT), cheque, PayPal or cash. Please follow the payment details and schedule in your quotation or invoice, and confirm your preferred method with us before paying.

Filming & deliverables
Cameras, recording formats and what you receive.
What cameras and production equipment do you use?
Our equipment includes Canon cinema cameras such as the C400 and C50, lenses, multi-camera switching, professional lighting, Allen & Heath audio mixing, wired and wireless microphones, teleprompters and monitoring. We choose the equipment and crew for each brief. Specific models and quantities are confirmed in your production scope.
Do you shoot in HD, UHD or 4K?
We can plan HD, UHD and 4K production, subject to the selected camera and recording workflow. Resolution, frame rate, codec and colour profile should be agreed before filming. We will also confirm the final export format for your website, event screen, presentation or social channels.
Can we have the raw footage?
Please request camera-original footage when we prepare your quotation, so the files, transfer method and any additional cost are included in the agreed scope. Unedited footage is different from the finished video and may require colour correction, audio work and editing. “Raw footage” commonly means unedited clips; a RAW recording codec is a separate technical requirement that must be specified.
Can you provide different versions for social media?
Discuss the channels and formats you need at the briefing stage—for example a main corporate video, shorter extracts, vertical edits or captions. Each version needs to be included in the agreed deliverables, with suitable framing considered during filming. See our corporate video production services.
How long will editing take, and are revisions included?
We agree the delivery schedule and revision scope with you before production. Turnaround depends on video length, graphics, versioning and how quickly consolidated feedback is available. Let us know about a launch or event deadline early. Additional versions or changes outside the agreed scope may need a revised quotation.

Studio & virtual production
Plan your shoot at our Pasir Panjang studio.
Do you have a studio, and where is it?
Yes. Our green screen studio is at 102E Pasir Panjang Road, #07-11, Singapore 118529. It supports presenter shoots, interviews, panel recordings and virtual production. Explore the studio or view our studio directions (PDF). Please arrange a visit with us in advance.
Can you film at our office or event venue?
Yes. We support studio and location production. Share the address, room layout, access times, power availability, sound conditions and any venue restrictions. A site assessment may be needed for more involved camera, audio or streaming setups.
What is virtual production, and is it right for our project?
Virtual production combines camera footage with a digital environment. At our green screen studio, presenters can appear in branded virtual sets for corporate presentations, interviews and broadcasts. We will discuss the creative approach, camera movement, graphics and preparation your project needs. See our virtual production studio.
Can presenters use a teleprompter?
Teleprompters can be included in the production scope. Let us know how many presenters you have, whether they are seated or standing, and how the script will be used. We will confirm the setup and rehearsal needs before the shoot.

Live streaming & events
Bring together your venue, presenters and online audience.
Can you produce a hybrid event with an online audience?
Yes. We can coordinate cameras, microphones, presentations and webcast production for onsite and remote audiences. The setup depends on whether online participants only watch or also speak, ask questions or interact. Learn more about our live streaming and hybrid event services.
Which platforms can you stream to?
We work with destinations such as YouTube, LinkedIn Live, Zoom and Microsoft Teams, subject to the account permissions and event features available. Tell us where your audience will watch and who manages the account. We will confirm access, the production workflow and testing arrangements before the event.
Can remote speakers join a webinar or webcast?
Yes, remote presenters can be included in an agreed production setup. We plan connection checks, microphones, cameras, presentation sharing, cues and rehearsals with the speakers. See our webinar and webcast production services.
What internet connection and backup arrangements are needed?
A reliable connection and an advance venue check are important for live delivery. We review the platform requirements, available connectivity and production needs, then agree any backup connection or recording arrangements within the scope. Contingency planning reduces risk, but no internet-based stream can be guaranteed interruption-free.
Can you record the event as well as stream it?
Recording can be included in your production package. Confirm whether you need the switched programme, separate camera recordings, presentation files or edited highlights. We will agree the recording format, delivery method and any editing required before the event.
Do you support hybrid or virtual AGMs and EGMs?
Yes. We support the technical production of AGMs, EGMs and virtual information sessions. Registration, shareholder questions, voting and reporting need to be coordinated with your appointed providers. Your company secretary and advisers confirm the meeting requirements. Visit our hybrid and virtual AGM page for more detail.
